I offer a friendly, reliable, and professional property maintenance and Handyman service in Scarborough and the surrounding area.
My name is Steve Monaghan and I have set up Quarry House Property Maintenance after developing a large range of DIY skills over 25 years of owning and developing my own properties.
I can now offer my Handyman skills to domestic customers, landlords, and businesses, I will only take on work that I am confident and capable of, I will be honest and truthful from the outset.

I have a £5 million public liability insurance policy, so you and your property are covered in the unlikely event of any mishap.
I cover Scarborough and the surrounding areas from, Whitby, Filey, Malton and Bridlington.

Sometimes it will need a site visit and I will attend at a time that’s convenient to you to give you a free, no obligation quote (within the Scarborough area)
(If you live more than 10 miles outside the area then I charge my time at £25 per hour for site visits, this starts from leaving the house to returning )

What prices do I charge?
My hourly rate is £25
The first hour is £25, after that I charge in 1/2 hour increments.
My hourly rate will commence from leaving and then returning to my house to incorporate travel time and costs.
On more bespoke or specialist jobs I will work out a total price based on the nature of the work required, this may include materials.
